Cincinnati Art Club Membership Application

All persons wanting to become a Member of Cincinnati Art Club (CAC) are required to complete this form.

No individual may be denied membership based on race or color, gender, religion or non-religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, military status, and/or age.

There are 3 classes of membership: (1) Full, (2) Out of Town and (3) Student:

1. Join as a Full Associate Member.

2. Out-of-Town membership is for individuals residing 75 miles or more from Cincinnati. These Members pay reduced Annual Dues because of minimal attendance at most ongoing activities. This keeps you on the Roster and entitles you to receive the Dragonfly newsletter. But if you’re in town, let us know and feel free to attend any scheduled activity along with local membership.

3. There are five (5) FREE Student Members allowed each year by our Constitution. Student Members have full access to all the activities of the Club (with parental permission for those under 18 years of age). Contact Membership (below) to see if you qualify as a FREE Student Member.

Your application will be voted on at the Board Meeting following the receipt of your application and payment (if paying by check and using mail, this may significantly delay Board approval). You will be notified as soon as possible thereafter of your acceptance.
